When Yuaia came to us to scale across Denmark, Sweden, and the EU, we knew the work wasn’t just conversion optimization. We also had to protect the quiet confidence of a brand built on love.
Simpler offers, shorter paths
Yuaia’s customers didn't need more options, more steps, or more persuasion. They needed clarity. So we focused the work on two things: making the offers easier to comprehend, and making the path to checkout easier to walk.
Within 3 months, we had achieved a 477% ROI on the CRO program. Within 5 months, Yuaia managed to scale from ~€600k/month to about €1.1M/month.

One of our favorite tests. In our research, we found that bundle and multi-unit offers had performed well in previous tests, but user research and surveys indicated that visitors often struggled to actually find the bundles. They weren’t visible enough.
We made it our goal to make it easier for users to find bundles that fit their need. This experiment was one out of a group of tests we ran to create revenue uplift. By adding this feature to the site, we were able to create a statistically significant uplift of 5.8% on the users in the experiment.
